Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you encounter an issue downloading our file or other file-related problems, please contact us at support@soawesomedigital.com, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Due to the differences in calibrations of monitors, printers, and

variations in ink and material batches, printed products may exhibit slight

color variations. We do our best to show product images as accurately as

possible. However, it is impossible to guarantee that the colors on the

physical product will look exactly the same as what you see on a

device. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refund requests due

to slight color variations.

Exchanges

If you can not access or download your product, we will do our best to remedy the situation. After reviewing your request, if we deem the issue originated from our side, we’ll send you a new download/access link to your product.
