• • • Our products are in standard file formats such as PDF, PNG, or Google Sheets. Therefore they should work on any device or software that works with these file types. However, some apps or web browser extensions might present downloading problems. For example, if Chrome apps that change the URL are installed on your browser, you’ll get a ‘signature invalid’ error and won’t be able to use the download link. Usually, opening the link in an incognito window or using a different browser will resolve this issue.
